As part of our customer resources team, you will have to provide first-line technical support to our local and international clients. With experience, you will obtain more complex projects, providing solutions and professional services involving automation, robotics, mechanical or electrical engineering.

Responsibilities and Main Duties

  • Answer, diagnose and resolve service and technical support requests related to AV&R robotic systems
  • Responsible for robotic finishing processes (profiling, polishing, deburring, etc.) when implementing robotic systems
  • Perform or participate in the start-up of the systems at the clients’ facilities
  • Perform system and performance tests
  • Train and support users on systems
  • Perform any other related tasks


  • DEC or AEC in mechanical, robotic or electrical engineering or relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics/electrical/programming (e.g., bench test assembly)
  • Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
  • Available for international travel (30%)
  • Professionalism and autonomy
  • Asset: experience with industrial and/or automated robotic systems
  • Asset: experience or knowledge in robotic machining
  • Asset: knowledge of abrasives (brushes, discs, etc.) and their parameters of use
  • Asset: knowledge of FANUC Robotics industrial robots
