Major Event Including AV&R

After the inauguration of GE Aviation’s Global Robotics, Automation and Instrumentation R&D Centre in Bromont on July 9th, Jeff Immelt, CEO of General Electric, moved to Montreal for a private dinner attended by fifty CEOs of major companies, bankers and business lawyers such as Calin Rovinescu, CEO of Air Canada, Marc Parent, CEO of CAE, Thierry Vandal, CEO of Hydro-Québec and Jean Charest, Ex-Prime Minister of Québec, Partner at McCarthy Tétrault.

AV&R, represented by its President Eric Beauregard, was invited as a panelist at this private dinner. Sitting between Jeff Immelt and Marc Parent, Eric Beauregard was one of three panelists questioned during the roundtable on advanced manufacturing and innovation.

AV&R is very proud to be involved in these major projects and, with the merger of AV&R Vision & Robotics and IMAC Automation, to be able to be a part of this major players’ league!
