We are proud to announce the official opening of our new AV&R Europe Technology Center at Illy, near Sedan, France.
Located in the heart of Europe, close to the French-Belgian border, the new facility benefits from a strategic location that enables efficient support of customers across the continent. This addition further strengthens AV&R’s growing European footprint, which already includes a machine dedicated to R&D and customer trials at Saint-Gobain Abrasives’ European Grinding Technology Center (EGTC) in Hamburg, Germany.
The technology center is dedicated to developing AV&R’s processes and expertise. It will host customer demonstrations, technical studies, and hands-on evaluations, allowing European manufacturers to discover and assess AV&R’s robotic solutions in real operating conditions.
Located within the facilities of Bestechnologies, a specialist in tooling, machining, and prototyping, the center represents a key milestone in AV&R’s European growth.
A full-time AV&R specialist, with expertise in automating abrasive material removal processes, is dedicated to the site’s technological development.
This initiative is part of AV&R’s broader strategy to expand its European presence, supported by sales and marketing representatives based in Toulouse, and a technical support manager based in Paris.
With this new facility, we’re adding a European location to our global network of robotic demonstration, testing, and customer evaluation centers.
