AV&R External Sponsorship Program
Supporting the next generation shaping the future
At AV&R, we believe in investing in the next generation of talent. Our external sponsorship program is designed to support projects led by students and young graduates who contribute to advancing technological innovation and international development.
Our objective is to encourage and support ambitious initiatives that help build the industries of tomorrow, in alignment with our areas of expertise and values.
PROJECTS WE SUPPORT
Projects are evaluated based on the following:
- Alignment with AV&R’s areas of focus;
- Contribution to personal, academic, or professional development;
- Level of commitment and involvement of the project leader(s);
- Clarity and feasibility of the project;
- Alignment with AV&R’s values: innovation, people, customer focus, and eco-responsibility;
- Projects must be carried out outside of mandatory academic requirements and demonstrate a strong personal commitment.
Projects are submitted online, reviewed for eligibility, selected by the AV&R's Employer of Choice Committee, and then announced.
Applications are reviewed twice a year, in May and in October. We announce the sponsored projects 2 weeks later.
Depending on the project, AV&R may provide financial support and visibility (social media, website).
