Webinar – AV&R and 3M

Conversation with experts in the field, an orthopaedic surgeon and a 3M abrasives specialist

With the collaboration of:

September 24
11:00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. EDT / 04:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. BST

Robotic technologies are part of the orthopaedic implant manufacturing process. They allow manufacturers to increase their production rate while achieving essential quality levels in the manufacture of medical implants.

Using the example of a knee implant, AV&R and its guests will discuss the level of quality expected by orthopaedic surgeons when using an implant. This webinar will explore how robotic systems help implant manufacturers meet production requirements in terms of surface finishing.

JD Hass, Application Specialist – Robotic Abrasive Solutions at 3M, and Dr Michael H. Weber, Spine Surgeon at Montreal General Hospital, will join AV&R’s team to answer these questions.
